With a Degree in International Relations, a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Climate Science and Policy, KC specializes in ocean and terrestrial conservation. Her broad professional background includes; working for an urban agriculture startup, managing a small grants program, and managing a women’s career development organization.


Even from an early age, KC had a deep interest in the environment and conservation. She spent her childhood days exploring tide pools and looking for insects. She developed Hyphae Group to exist as a network-builder by bridging the gap between organizations and the people and environments they serve. KC resides in Maryland with her husband, daughter, pets, and semi-feral garden.
